Haywire Storm vs Whisper .45
Both Whisper .45 and Haywire Storm use Light Bullets, what difference is that Whisper .45 is a Military Weapon, can tremendously lessen the distance enemies hear and react for the shots.
Whisper .45 at the cost of slightly slower aim recovery and lower capacity, compare to the regular semi-auto pistol, it is harder hitting and softer shooting. Whisper .45 fires higher damage, crit chance, crit damage and much better impact than Haywire Storm. Whisper is actually good. When you want a more rapidly firing gun then get a viper.
